Returns & Refunds Policy
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
Bespoke, custom, or personalised orders (including commissions and special orders) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Requesting a return

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello@biancaoneill.com as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved.
Exchanges
Exchanges aren’t offered. If you’d like a different item, please return your order (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
