Shipping

All jewellery is handmade to order in my studio in Scotland.

Orders are typically made and dispatched within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. If you need an item by a specific date, feel free to get in touch before ordering and I’ll let you know if expedited dispatch is possible.

I currently ship within the UK only.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services and delivered in letter box friendly packaging. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been posted.

Packaging

Your jewellery will arrive in eco-friendly packaging, either in a recycled kraft jewellery box or presented on a jewellery card inside a reusable organza pouch. The cardboard mailers are enclosed in compostable shipping sleeves.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help investigate.
